The application form for students outside Computer Science who
want to take, in spring 2008, CS courses for which departmental
permission is required is available in
PDF
and
PostScript
formats and in printed form in LWSN 1137.
Forms without "SPRING 2008" in the heading are not valid. Non-degree students registering through the Office of Admissions must apply for the permission of the department if they want to take any CS course.
