CS 478 - Introduction to Bioinformatics
The course will focus on genome analysis, protein structural analysis and gene expression profiling (microarray) strategies, and will include a presentation of the context of bioinformatics, the methods of data acquisition, the strategies by which the data are analyzed including the use of appropriate analysis software, and the ways the data are interpreted.
