Multimedia Database Lab

This lab serves as a focal point for research and outreach in many areas of database technology. Some of the more visible projects center around video databases, digital libraries, storage and I/O technology, data quality, mobile databases, electronic commerce, anticipatory information systems and systems integration. The lab also includes a state of the art facility for education in multimedia databases as well as the development of the next generation of DBMSs.
