Professor Bajaj's research is in the area of computational science, geometric modeling, computational geometry, computer graphics, data visualization, and computational robotics. He is also active in distributed and collaborative systems, and multimedia.
Professor Bajaj currently directs the Collaborative Modeling and Visualization Laboratory, which houses the SHASTRA projects.
